Robin is a lover of hospitality, leadership, training and Red Vines – in that order.

Great customer service and warm hospitality are the foundation for success in any business and Robin exudes both immeasurably. A graduate of Purdue University, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. She worked for Marriott Hotels in Sales for almost 10 years and was blessed to travel the world and experience unbelievable hospitality, fine dining and amazing customer service.

The Start of The Ware Agency

Extremely graceful and gifted in presenting, Robin immediately captivates her audiences with her story of being downsized from her dream job at a mega church with no notice, no previous warning and no plan. Given one hour to vacate, she left gracefully. But, to the astonishment of 1000s, Robin returned for worship on the next Sunday and the 52 Sundays following. As a leader, she understood witnesses were watching her walk and she had to ensure that it was witness worthy. Robin lost her job, but not her Kingdom assignment.

With faith that went the distance, she launched The Ware Agency.

Through her agency, Robin works with Pastors and Churches providing leadership training, marketing and event plannig. She has been blessed to work with notable individuals including Bishop Paul Morton, Verizon How Sweet the Sound, The Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, Marcus D. Wiley, Bishop William Murphy, III, Gospel Today Magazine, The Gospel Heritage Foundation, Dr. E. Dewey Smith, Triumph Church of Detroit, The Gospel Music Channel (now UPLift TV) and others.


Robin was the visionary, producer and host of “Behind the Scenes” an online and live show at The Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Annual conference for 3 years. She was also selected and served for 6 years on the Full Gospel Marketing Advertising and Promotions team.

In 2014, Robin earned the Certified Life and Business Coach designation. She launched her signature coaching program, The Success Suite for Entrepreneurs and has become a 6 figure entrepreneur through hosting webinars, coaching programs, LIVE events for entrepreneurs and as a Church Brand Influencer.

Robin has written 8 books (available here for digital download for ministry teams and has been a guest on television shows (she appears monthly on Rejoice In the Word with Bishop George Bloomer on The Word Network), appeared in magazines and participated in panels as well as being a keynote speaker at industry events for Rejuvenate Marketplace, RCMA (the Religious Conference Manager’s Association) and numerous women’s and business conferences.

A lover of Red Vines and Swedish Fish, reading and traveling abroad, Robin is an ordained Elder at Changing A Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church where Bishop Paul S. and Dr. Debra B. Morton are her Pastors. She serves as the Overseer of SWAG (Singles Worshipping Almighty God) and assists Bishop Morton and Pastor Debra Morton with social media and event planning


Director of Events and External Affairs - Triumph Church, Detroit, MI

Robin served onsite at Triumph Church in Detroit, MI, a multi site campus with 20,000 members in 2016. Onsite she coordinated events, special guest artists and community relationships for 6 campuses. She currently assists them with special projects.

Director of Events and Conferences - New Birth Church, Atlanta, GA

At this 25,000 member church, Robin oversaw all major events, hospitality and culinary as well as event decor and design. Her highlights included coordinating the Kelly Price wedding, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopez funeral, an international Women’s Conference in Nassau, Bahamas and a 10 day long Africa Missions trip for 148 people. As the Director of Events and Conferences, she also was responsible for building a volunteer ministry which she grew to over 400 people that she trained in etiquette, customer service and leadership. Robin created and wrote an external rental manual as well as managed all external rentals. She also produced all major conferences and community events including Easter at the Dome. This 3 day event began with a community outreach event feeding, clothing and assisting thousands and culminated with culminating Easter worship service attended by members, celebrities and the community of 35,000 people.

Director of Helps and Executive Administration - the dReam Center Church of Atlanta, Atlanta, GA

In 2005, (now) Bishop William Murphy, III shared his vision of a church plant, the dReam Center Church of Atlanta. Robin worked with he and his wife, Pastor Danielle Murphy and 4 others to officially launch the ministry. She served as his Personal Assistant for 9 years while building her own agency, which she will be forever grateful. As with all church plants, she wore many hats in the church growth process including overseeing, assisting or handling the structure of the HELPS ministry, Office Administration, Marketing and Events.

Director of Special Events - Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw, GA

Robin spent 5 years as the Director of Special Events for Kennesaw State University. Her office was responsible for booking all meeting and event venues, planning and booking speakers and coordinating all campus wide major events including Graduation, Baccalaureate and Honors/Awards Ceremonies and all fundraising events for the university’s development office as well as the board of trustees. She also managed the Jolley Lodge, a private home on the campus used for private affairs and the personal home of the President, located off campus, where she planned parties, luncheons and receptions. While at the university, Robin was awarded the Director of the Year Award for her leadership growth, administration skills and commitment to excellence. A lover of continuing education, Robin traveled to Washington, DC and completed the Event Planning Risk Management Course at the prestigious George Washington University Event Management Summer Program.

Senior Sales Manager - Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Chicago, IL, Raleigh, NC and Atlanta, GA

Robin started her corporate career working for Marriott Hotels and Resorts in the Sales Department booking conferences, meetings, and special events. This is where she learned and perfected her sales skills. She earned 9 Outstanding Customer Service Awards during her tenure and was honored to have been selected to teach up and coming sales managers across the company at the coveted Marriott Sales School. Robin also completed and earned the coveted CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) Certification through MPI and CLC, which is the highest level designation recognized by the meeting planning industry for meeting planners. Though this was a corporate job, this is where her love for hospitality and serving others was birthed and her ministry experience began.
