Robin has always been a lover of hospitality and Meeting/Event Planning. She has had the privilege of planning events for clients for over 20 years and has no plans to slow down. In addition to Meeting/Event Planning, she provides Marketing and Social Media services to her clients.
She earned her B.S. degree from Purdue University in Hospitality Management. She worked for Marriott Hotels in Sales (10 yrs), Kennesaw State University as the Director of Special Events (5 yrs) and New Birth as the Director of Events and Conferences (2.5 yrs).
She started The Ware Agency in 2007 to assist churches and ministries with Event Consulting, Marketing and Leadership Training. Her favorite topics to teach or speak at a conference on are:

A Certified Meeting Planner, Ware works as an Event Consultant and Trainer. She has coordinated and planned events and conferences for groups of 20 – 20,000. Ware has worked in Ministry as a Volunteer her entire life. In 2001, she was hired as the Director of Events Conferences at New Birth Church (Bishop Eddie Long – 25,000 members). She coordinated countless events and conferences. Her highlights include serving as a Travel Coordinator overseeing a group of 128 people on a 14 day trip to Kenya, Africa; teaching Etiquette classes to the Rites of Passage students, coordinating a Women’s Conference in Nassau, Bahamas and overseeing the details for the Lisa (LeftEye) Lopes funeral.
Following New Birth, Gospel Artist William Murphy (Mr. Praise is What I Do) asked her to assist he and his wife as their Personal Assistant. She served them for 7 years wearing various hats all while earning her stripes ultimately as a Booking Agent, Personal Assistant and Armor Bearer. When the Murphy’s launched the dReam Center church of ATLANTA in 2006, she handled the tasks of a Church Administrator and was appointed the Executive Director of Helps and Marketing.
Ware is currently a member of Changing a Generation Full Gospel Baptist Church in Atlanta where Bishop Paul S. Morton is the Senior Pastor. Her love for Social Networking has driven her to become an expert on using social networking sites as a viable marketing tool. Her friends tease her because at anytime she will pull out her FlipVideo and record a tip or scenario that she feels will help others. As a result, her clients often refer to her as the Social Networking Queen.
Ware has written 7 books and produced 2 DVD’s as training aids.
